Question:

I have a tournament tomorrow... Help?

It's my second one, and the first time, it didn't go very well. I'm confident about my form (choreographed fighting sequence)because even when I felt really sick I did that perfectly... But I'm not sure about fighting... I train Lima Lama and am an orange belt. Help?

  2. although this is alittle late the only thing i can say for helping you the day before or of the competition is to relax and go in knowing what you know. Stressing out isn't going to help you at all. If you relax and focus on your opponent you will find out that your better than you thought
