I have a toy that the wire connection for the batteries are rusted.?

I would like to clean the rust off wire the connection for the batteries so it will work.

An alcholic swab brused gently on the connectors should work - I say gently because you don't want to get them soaking wet - Allow it to dry and then replace the batteries.

Or try rubbing them carefully with a pencil eraser and the corrosion should flake off.
