Question:

I have a treadmill I don't use in my living room .I was wondering if I put it in my very tiny bedroom.?

Will I actually use it I know you don't know me so it hard to answer that but please help and tell me if you have a treadmill in your bedroom and how to motivate myself my husband will be home in 3mo.from Iraq and I would like to drop25 pounds at least would like to lose more so any help would be appreciated.No mean answers lol

  1. I would put it so you could watch TV, or watch a video.  That would encourage you to get your exercise without getting bored.  

    You may just move the furniture around in your living room so that you can do this.  That way your tiny bedroom won't be too crowded.

    That would be get to help your diabetes, and trim up for your husband's return.


  2. I have a rowwing machine in my bedroom, and i row while listening to music and stuff, normally for around 30 minutes a day.

  3. I don't think it will make a difference - sorry. Having the treadmill in the living room sounds like it is very visible.

    Instead, use this mind set. Before you start watching TV or playing on the computer, exercise on it.  

  4. Me personally I lift like every day and jog every other day.

    Then rest by taking some days off.

    If you lift weights and run for 2 weeks and take sundays off you will lose about 10-15 pounds.
