I have a trojanwin32 cohook virus how do i get rid of it?

ive tryed antivirus spyware remover its still there windows defender keeps poping up saying ive got it is there a solution?

Okay if you have windows 2000, windows xp , or windows vista. I can show you how you can get rid of the virus. And follow the steps you might wanna like write this down or something or copy but whatever one you wanna do.

1.) Go to start and press turn off computer and then press restart computer.

2.) Before your user icons pop up to load press F8 and then once you hear it beep.

3.) You should see a menu pop up and press safe mode. And then it will countine to your orginal user icon.

4.) Click your user and then you will see ur background wallpaper black.

5.) Then in the corners you should see safe mode. Then click your virus procter and click it to scan.

6.) Hurry and clean your computer and then you should restart your computer and then you will be virus free and off safe mode!
