I have a tv but the UHF VHF CATV prong broke off, how can i connect my dish receiver?

  1. Use the RCA video/audio jacks (red/white/yellow) or the digital video interface if your TV has them


  2. If you have any working inputs at all for the TV (yellow, red, white; rabbit ear screws, or anything else) then you just need to get a converter box from best buy or radio shack.  Take a picture of the back of your TV and dish receiver if you don't think you'll be able to describe it to the salesman.  

    If you don't have a working input on the TV, you need to repair the broken prong or get a new TV.  

  3. Guessing that you mean that the female "F" connector socket broke off of the TV's tuner, any TV repair shop can replace it. It may even be cheaper to just have them replace the tuner module. They are rather cheap and the labor will be the big part. Call around and get a quote.
