  1. You may be low on potassium.  Try eating a banana and see if that relieves the problem.

  2. idk but ive heard its good luck...

  3. stress, anxiety, and lack of sleep can cause or make the twitching worse so make sure to sleep and not to worry to much. Also heard eating bananas will help it go away because the twitching is sometimes cause by a lack of potassium which bananas have a lot of.

  4. This will stop soon if it's your upper left lid.  It is not related to stress.

  5. It's a nervous tic.  Is there something bothering you?  If not, try an ice pack on the back of your neck.  (Yes I know the tic is in your eye, but trust me I'm an old know-all)

  6. hey its normally due to tiredness or stress... upper left lid is normally where i get it too. Try getting some sleep and it might make a difference!

  7. It could be from stress, not enough sleep, or something else. Figure out if you have been stressed or had to little sleep the past week.

  8. pink eye. go to the doctors. they will give you eyedrops.

  9. i had this!

i went to the doctors and they said its stress and there's nothing else that causes it.

it will eventually go, i had it for 10 weeks and it is quite annoying but now you know that its just because of stress and nothing else

    hope i helped

  10. i think its your nerves, do you get enough sleep??

i think it is cause by sleep, i dunno i am not an optician. hope you get better!

  11. Tiredness makes your eyelid twitch, it's the nerve ending protesting!

    Get some more sleep.

  12. Your twitchy eye is a result of stress and is no cause for alarm. The eye doctor I work with with always prescribes a 'hot toddy'  for this condition. The alcohol relaxes your muscles to calm the twitch. Also, I've found that if you try to show anyone the twitch as its happening- it usually stops!

  13. it happens to me when i'm stressed. and it tends to hang around for a couple of weeks and then goes away eventually.

interested to see if anyone has a cure. I tried applying something warm to soothe it but it didn't work.
