well for me thats normal..its just a nerve or something but yeah i know it can get darn annoying

It can be a number of things:

-Stress

-Not getting enough sleep

-Drinking too much caffeine

Eat more B-12 and potassium.

it usually happens when you don't blink enough like watching 2 much t.v. , being on the comp. 2 much and playing video games 4 a long time.    it should stop twitching in a day or 2.
