  1. Only you and the embassy which issued this visa can really answer this question

You mention it is valid until end Oct, but you do not mention the following

    (a) how many days you have currently stayed within the Schengen zone already

    (b) if there are any restructions on countries which you are / are not able to visit (within the Schengen zone)

    (c) if it is a single entry or multi-entry visa

    - If you have stayed 90 days already in the Schengen zone then you would have to re-apply (after a further 90 days) for a new visa

    - if your current visa was restricted to only one country, or specifically ruled out Austria or the Czech republic then no you cannot use it to travel there

    - if it is a single-entry visa and you have already exited the Schengen zone then re-entry is not permitted

It is not always as simple as it seems I'm afraid (such is life!), so if you are not sure what your visa entitles you to do, then you should ask this to the embassy which issued it

    Good luck

  2. It might depend on how long you are going to stay. I am assuming you are going to leave before the visa runs out, right?

  3. What do you mean by apply?

If you are holder of a valid Schengen travel visa you are good to visit all Schengen countries within your timeframe.
