I have a varicocele in my left t******e. It now appears that my left t******e is smaller than my right one.?

I had a physical last week but she did not check the "boy parts".

  1. If your t******e appears smaller than the other, this is one sign that you should see a urologist.  The varicocele should then be removed.  As you probably know, a vc is like a varicose vein. This could cause blockage of the blood flow to the t******e and that is the reason for the hypertrophy (smaller size of the t******e).  While usually a benign process, pain or hypertrophy are two things that should be looked for.   Please see a urologist for possible varicocelectomy ASAP.
