I have a veerry unlikeably sister?

she hogs everything from computer to cellphone and when she doesn't get her way she destroys it.........................HELP

I dont know how to deal with her anymore and she's the second from the eldest and i'm the eldest heelp..........AND She doesnt listen to reason

You are right when you say your sister is unlikeable.  What she need is an old fashion whipping from her parents.  The idea of destroying things just because you don't get your way sounds like a spoiled brat to me.

Do your parents know that she is destroying things?  If not, you need to tell them and not let her get away with it or she will just get worse.

You each should have equal time on the computer and cell phone.  You need to tell her that and when it's your time to use the computer, just go get it.  Shove her out of the chair if she won't get up.  The one that is on the computer will give the cell phone to the other one so each of you will have something.

If her parents won't punish her for being bad, then you will have to just take up for yourself.

Get a replacement doorknob with a keyed lock for your bedroom and

closet doors, and learn to lock up your stuff. Wear the keys around your neck. Get slicker about keeping your stuff away from her.

Yes, I agree, tell your parents about this. They need to address it. She is behaving like a small child. Your sister needs to learn how to play and work with others. These are not toys, they are expensive technology devices.

If your parents won't step up, you will have to grab things first, use your superior strength and play keep-away.

I feel for you. Have you talked to your

parents about her behavior? It is always

sad when there is one kid in the family

who torchures the rest. Is she old enough

that you can sit her down and tell her that

you can't take anymore? Maybe you

could reward her for good behavior by

spending time with her? Maybe she is

put her in a box and ship her to china....or you could sit down with her and tell her nicely that you would like the computer or cell phone some of the time. ask her if you guys could come to an agreement.
