  1. when you start to get mad, say to yourself "pins and needles, needles and pins, it's a happy man (or girl) that grins."  you will forget what you are mad about.


  2. Take deep breaths, and always take a few steps in your adversaries shoes.

  3. Well, you may want to look at your diet. Do you drink alcohol? Caffeine? Spicy foods? Believe it or not, foods can cause this sort of reaction. Try relaxing at home or whenever you can, switch over to the classical music station, you are obviously stressed. Take a bubble bath, and a nice long nap. Avoid any situations that tick you off.

  6. Honey ,a proper lady doesn't yell in public especially in the workplace and ESPECIALLY if you're in a management position. Beforehand,go thru your office building or place of work and find yourself a small room(with a door) where you think no one would ever hear you.

    If you feel the B- fit coming on,then calmly go to this room and just let it out. I mean give one really blood curttling scream. Afterwards adjust your clothing and make sure your hair is in place and then rejoin your coworkers.
