  1. hot tea honey lemon.. hot chicken noodle soup, gargle with salt water. try to sleep in a cooler room if possible. when in the shower blow like crazy to help get that stuff out.

  2. Try boiling water in a kettle, then adding honey and sugar to it in a mug. Let it cool for 5 mins and voila! you will have a soothing home remedy for your cold. Also you could try an inhaler to clear your runny nose and carry tissues with you wherever you go. Wrap up warm when outdoors and especially wear a scarf to protect your throat. Some mints or boiled sweets wouldn't go astray either. I'm no doctor but i would suggest to give it time and eventually the cold will shift and you will be back to normal in no time.

    Hope i helped. :)

  3. Sounds like you have a good old cold im soo sry. I have recently gotten over one,,,here are some suggestions...

    - Hot drinks will help soothe your throat

    - A hot shower wil help your irritatied nose.

.- I room humidifier will help loosen mucus..

    - BLOW YOUR NOSE..this is very important

    - Get plenty of rest...i hope this helps

  4. Drink some Chi tea. It tastes kinda funny, but our teatcher last year gave it to us every day last year and we all stayed in great health!

    Other tea's are ok to.

  5. well I tried cayenne pepper garfaling last night and this mornining so maybe that should help. Try pputting a 1/2 tsp in hot water and sipping it. I gargled with no relief so maybe drinking will help. We can try it together!
