I am a 21 year old guy, and I am slightly underweight (I'm 6 ft 28 lbs) and I have very poor stamina. I pant after brisk walk and I don't sweat much after some physical exercise. I fall ill easily and most of the time it is related to the lungs (either cold, flu, chest infection etc).

I also have right bundle branch block.

I can't run fast so many other guys look down on me since I cannot play soccer.

How can I improve my health? Is swimming good place to start?

  1. Swimming is an excellent form of exercise as it works all muscle groups and will improve your cardio.  By your symptoms, I can't help but think that you have a pre-existing condition.  You should be asking these questions to your doctor so he can give you better advice for your particular situation/condition.  Good luck -
