I have a video camera and it uses tapes/cassettes and i wanna make/convert them into cd format?

the camera i have is: SHARP 8 viewcam

hi-fi monaural

12x power zoom VL-E39

and i use it for skating footage.

i just need to know how to like either hook it up to my computer or burn the tapes so it can be uploaded to the computer.

You can do this through a firewire card and cable, assuming that your camera will connect to firewire. That is the easiest way. There are other video capture cards, but this worked best for me. The cards are available at Frys or any major computer store. You can probably find a used on on Ebay.
