I have a video of 11 minutes in my camera card. How can I download it to the comp?

My camera has no problem downloading short videos but this one can't be copy. Do I need to install a special program?

How are you trying to copy the video and what happens when you try?  What sort of camera is it?

it would help if you could tell us what camera you have... when the camera came did u get any cd or software with it.. if u did, install it and try copying it from it..
