allrite i got this a while ago and i havent added minutes since....well along time. the company ccalled and bothered me about not topping up. Now what if i want to now? Do i have to do anything special?

  1. OK, try this....

    1.) turn on your phone and try calling *86 (Virgin Mobile). If you get no connection, this means you have to reactivate your phone. If you get a connection, this means you just have to top-up.

    *select the second option

  2. u may have to reactivate the phone...but try topping up 1st.
