Every time I turn on my computer and it begins to load it reboots. THe only way I can get it to work is if I run in "Safe Mode." I have been able to get all the pictures and document that I am attached to onto an external then onto CD-roms....I was wondering how to get rid of this virus without spending money. I don't have any OS discs, and non of the anti-virus programs want to run in safe mode....how to I fix this?

  1. All good anti virus run in Safe Mode That is the only way to completely get rid of malware.

I suspect that you have a corrupt Windows system file or driver.

Check the Device Manager and see if any device has an error beside it. If there is one you will have to reinstall the driver.

  2. get a boyfriend who knows about computer lol

  3. www.malwarebytes.org

I'm not positive it will install in safe mode but it's worth a try.

  4. get ad-aware and kick its butt all the way to china

and when ur turnin on ur comp press f8 and turn on safemode

  5. Does it reboot when you are logging in or does it reboot at random times?

  6. ruun safe mode with network connection.and download AVG Antivirus. AVG can scan on safe mode. AVG is free and an excellent Anti-virus program. so dowload, install, scan. and get rid of all viruses.

  7. I dont think you can, if you dont have boot/OS disks and dont want to spend money. If you have any reletives that are good with computers you could ask them for help. The same exact thing happened to my computer but my uncle fixed it. He took everything we wanted off the HDD then he formated it and reinstalled windows.
