Also i applied for the Schengin Visa through the German Embassy, but they refused to give it to me with no reason, and they stamp my passport as ( apply C), if this will cause any problem in the london airport?

You will be fine as long as you have a Valid UK Visa thats all they care about...Your german visa rejection has nothing to do with your UK Visit.

the UK is not within the schengen zone, is is part of the European Union only,

where did you apply for a visa for the UK, not sure i understand you question correctly?what does the German embassy has to do with a visa for UK?
