I have a vs PINK waterbottle and i left it in the car and it got hot is it ok to drink out of?

i don't know if it's ok to drink it,but i can tell you that it will taste horrible as it stayed in the plastic bottle and got hot

What's the number in the triangle on the bottom (or side)

It's okay to drink out of it but I recommend you not too because the plastic of your bottle might have melted/leaked into the water you're gonna drink and you may not know of.
