  1. if you have a big enough memory stick it should let you download till the memory is finished...

  2. go back to the shop and ask them to sort it out for you that's what they get paid for i did with one of my phones it saves you going into all the setting if their is out wrong they will sort it out all in one go

  3. Check your settings under the video menu.  It may be that you have inadvertantly set the phone to limit recording time so that it doesn't use too much memory, and can therefore be sent via MMS (normally about ten seconds).  Check with the handbook if you have any problems.

Either that or you've simply run out of memory space.  Try deleting a few videos you're not so fond of.

  4. You probably have a setting that is wrong. Some phones have an option in the video menu that limits the size of a video to your MMS size. A video of between 10 and 30 sec. (depending on the quality) is all you can record then.

So check the options menu when you record a video and look for an option that's called "limit of mms" or someting where you can select the option to record a video according to the free memory available.

  5. go to the camera it self, and then go to video. Click on settings, and scroll through to shoot mode. select it, then select, high quality video. the current setting it is on is only for picture messaging.

  6. you have to set it to record high quality - the 10s video setting is so you can sent it via mms....
