  1. The side with the disposal, would be best!  Cold water, then some hot to dissolve grease buildup.


  2. Run water right into garbage disposal side. 30 years contractor.

  3. ALWAYS MAKE SURE THE WATER IS RUNNING OVER THE DISPOSAL WHEN YOU RUN IT!!!!! YOU WILL RUIN IT IF YOU RUN IT WITHOUT WATER!!!!!!!!!!!
