i aheva website i wont to now if i can do a live stream from it so they ca watch me but they can do it like ustream or justin tv just NOT where they can have a stream is that possibel?

You will need to install what is basically a video chat server. Most hosting companies won't allow that unless you pay for a dedicated server and pre-purchase a hefty amount of bandwidth.
