I have a weird ball on my neck??

its movable and is noticeable how do i get ride of it and what is it ?

Um...are you sure your not talking about your Adams apple?

If so then every man has one. Some are larger then others but it's a completely normal part of a man.

If not, then maybe you should see a doctor for some professional help.

If it hurt to touch it then I urge you to do so even more.

To the other person who answered this question-everyone has an adam's apple...yes, even girls.  

Well, the ball could be a couple of things, depending on where it is located.  In your neck, you have the parotid, submandibular and the sublingual gland.  Many times, glands feel like balls in the neck.  There are also muscles in the neck which I would imagine is what you may be referring to.  There is a possibility also that what you are referring to is a swollen gland-which oftentimes is a sign of infection(sometimes as simple as a sinus infection)  If the neck is tense, these muscles may become swollen and then it is more prominent/noticeable.  However, if it concerns you that it could be something other than that, I would see your primary care physician.
