  1. I am going to guess this is not new.  The most common causes are poor air circulation in the refrigerator or something mechanical with the box like the door seal not working or something blocking the door slightly ajar.  If not those other likely causes could be poor air circulation around the box, bad thermostat, refrigerant leak or low charge.  The last two you will need the help of a service tech to fix.

  2. How long have you had the fridge? If it's new it usually takes about 24 hours to cool down all the way, and about 12 hours for it to make ice.

Be sure you don't open it alot if it's new, and give it the time it needs to cool down.

If it still doesn't cool down all the way if it's after 24 hours, call costumer service from wherever you bought it and ask.

  3. Clean the coils out thoroughly underneath and on the back.  Make sure the fan is running that circulates the freezer air into the refrigerator.  Is the freezer cold?  Try going to www.repairclinic.com for some troubleshooting tips and replacement parts if you need them.
