I have a white pekin duck almost 3 months old and his left leg is all messed up?

as far as i know nothing has happened as far as being attacked....maybe a disease... have 5 others that are normal...please help?

you need to be more SPECIFIC when asking questions . .  you really gave no details on the injury

what exactly is you definition of "messed up"

I mean is it bleeding? if so attack is likely  . .  as 3 month old ducklings are still very vulnerable

is it kind of hanging/twisted ? . .  (IE it's broken)

or is it just limping ? then just a sprain that will get better with a bit of rest

your best bet is go to a vet . .

i doubt a disease cos

*1Ducks are very hardy creatures and rarely fall ill

*2 if it was a disease it wouldd be more then likely ALL 5 would have the same problem

*3 also there is no disease that gives ducks "messed up legs" . .  besides it wouldn't be only one leg it woul be both

did it happen suddenly?

or have you been aware of it for some time ?? if so  you should have gone to the vet the minute you saw problems ..

if suddenly i imagine some kind of break/dislocation  they slip and trip quite easily .. so that's the most likely ..

but i can't be sure without details

but I'd recommend a vet. .
