  1. It could be a pinguecula. It is a generally harmless growth on the eye, protein and fat, usually toward the nose. Usually they are not removed and it would be best to see an eye doctor to determine that is what it actually is. Chronic sun exposure and eye irritation can lead to the development.

  3. if you mean you the part under you eyeball on the rim its probably just a milk spot
