I have had this mouse for 3 days and have been hand feeding it baby formula...she has been doing really well up until last night, I did the skin pinch thing and shes dehydrated! I went online to see what I could do for her and they say to give her pedialyte...but I live out in the boonies and can't get to a store...if anyone has any advice on what to do I would highly appreciate it....thanks so much!

  1. Get some warm water and put a little bit of sugar in it.  If you have Gatorade you can use that too.  Make sure you give him a cloth or a few paper towels so the little guy can stay warm.

Make sure you wash your hands well after handling the little guy.  They are very cute but can carry disease from being in the wild.

    Good luck.

  2. use pedialyte or powerade zero. no sugar and electrolytes. i have used it many times syringe feed her if she won't drink on her own. when i saved the wildies i did, i gave them pedialyte every few hours along with feeding times. not too much but some. and when they were old enough to have bowls or bottles, i put a bowl of pedialyte, and a bowl of organic baby food, some forumla changed frequently, and a water bowl/bottle. good luck. if she is dehydrated pedialyte, gatorade, or powerade have the electrolytes she needs. you havta try to somehow get some. i hope all goes well and good luck.
