I have a windows error 32,ntoskrnl.exe?

Question

I have the recovery disc, but every time I try to load it, it says disc read error, hit ctrl, alt, del to restart. I tried two different cd's so I know it's not a problem with the cd. Now what? Any resolutions to this ntoskrnl problem would be appreciated. Thank you.
