  1. yes it does, but its a slow process. The longer u take to get them taken care of the more the pain will increase. The pain will eventually lead to monster headaches and perhaps other problems. My advice is to get them taken out as soon as possible, and u can be put asleep and u'll likely never feel any pain except the healing process which is easy to cope with in comparison to leaving your wisdom teeth in... hope this helps

  2. I am surprised it was able to come in with crowding, typically with crowding they become impacted and cause tons of pain. Dentists and oral surgeons then recommend wisdom tooth extraction. Most peoples' mouths are too small to hold that many teeth, so they are removed, but others have room to hold all of them including the wisdom teeth. Wisdom tooth extraction is same day surgery. Hurts for about a week, but they give you pain killers. Look into that and talk to your dentist. Doubt they could do it before school starts because they need x-rays and a "plan", then they need to schedule the surgery.

  3. Take a trip to your dentist, he will examine you and decide the best treatment, which will probably to remove either the wisdom tooth or more than likely the tooth in front of it.

If you leave it alone and ignore the problem it will begin to hurt a little and as time goes on the level of pain will increase.

  4. if the wisdom teeth comes out straight & there is enough space, it will not give you any trouble. But if it is impacted, you may need surgery to get it out or you will have pain & swelling & the teeth before it can get decayed.
