I have a world war 2 knife?

My granfather recently passed away and he fought in world war 2 he in the hospital before he passed he gave me a knife i was curious if it was from WW2. He was in the air force and on the knife blade it says B17g Flying Fortress.   1. I'm afraid that the pocket knife displayed is a 25th Anniversary WWII Commemorative pocket knife that were very popular for sale in late 1969 and 1970......


  2. hmm it is an interesting knife i would check antique dealers and do some homework on it.

  4. it might be fromthat time period, but doesnt apear to be milatary issue. You need to look up a good antiques dealer who specializes in knives, you can find them on internet.
