I have a yahoo group. A member wants to post photos. There is no button for them to add photos. HELP

All the settings are correct, but no button appears to allow a member to post a photo. Moderators can post photos. There is a problem with Yahoo and I need to contact Yahoo to get this fixed. How does a person contact Yahoo to inform them and get this fixed?

make sure your settings are correct for the photo album

management- under group settings click web tools- web tools (edit) <- click the edit- under files and photo's make sure it's selected to Members (upload/modify/download files) - click save changes

you'd also want to confirm all members do not see the photo's tab, it could be that one members browser
