I have a120 johnson engine?

i have a 120 johnson engine and i am having problems trying to get it started...any idea's?

Check for fuel at the carbs, and for spark at the plugs.

If all is good, remove a plug and see if it is wet.

Wet plug means it is flooded.

Hold throttle open, stop choking it, and spin it over.

Dry plug means not enough fuel.

Choke it more.
