I have about 15 or 20 holes around the base of my house?

I have all these hole around my house and what kind of animal is it and how do I get rid of it! they are destroying my gardens!

Depends on the size of the holes.  If 1", moles or voles.  If a little bigger, chipmunks.  If 2"+, you are talking groundhogs or something large.

Need to know the size to give the solution.

Probably moles or ground squirrells. best treatment is a product called "gopher gassers"  good luck with it. Ground squirrels are very destructive and can cause foundation problems,  better to attack problem a.s.a.p.!!!
