  1. What you have are the All World and Kayo Boxing cards that were released in 1991.  Both of these sets were only released one year.  All World is the better set, with the best card being #69 Muhammad Ali (with the gold line border).  It is the only card like that, and usually books around $20.  The Best card in the Kayo set is #235 which is Muhammad Ali with the Hologram Center, which normally books about $15.  The only other Hologram in the Kayo set is #100 Battle of the Ages which runs about $10.

While Kayo was vastly overproduced, it does have some name rookie cards like James Toney, Lennox Lewis, and Roy Jones Jr.  There were also auto cards inserted in this set, but its hard to price those since this was before the seriel number days.  There was also an extra 10 card holo set that was released in CD cases just in case you have one of these.  The Cd set runs about $5-10.

All World was also a glossy set with 6 Ali Bonus cards (usually run about 3-5 each).  It didn't have the Rc's that Kayo did but also wasn't overproduced.  It also had the Ali on the wax box (one of the few times you see him endorse anything).

Unfortunately, there is no price guide for boxing cards but most of the unlisted stars run about 1-3 bucks each to try and give you an idea..  Hope this helps.
