  1. I think for this case, your pipe position too slooping, the true position the pipe direct to taps is event so no zero space between pipe to taps for air and a whistling sound can not hearing again, more pls visit : http://www.asesidea.com


  2. If it's always been there it could be a design defect in the faucet.  Check if the shut off valves are completely on.

  3. if you have had repairs of some kind done to your plumbing this will occur if the faucets were not open at the time of the repair. Open all the faucets at ones and let water run for a few minutes then shot the water off and this should take care of the air inside the pipes.

  4. I don't know if this will help your situation, but a plumber told me that when this happens, to turn the main water supply off in the whole house, open all the faucets in the house, wait ten minutes, then turn the water back on and shut off faucets.  This lets the air out of the pipes.  I have to do this periodically, otherwise when I turn the water on and off in various parts of the house, the pipes bang.  Hope this helps.

  5. It's not air, but the vibration of a loose stem in the faucet.  Replace the stem or the whole faucet.
