I have alot of farm land and want to hold a music festival! Where do I start?

Hey, whats goin on out there? My name is mark and I've been into the whole jam scene since 2003 now and have been having a blast!! I've been on the road going to some of the biggest music festivals this summer that the USA has to offer... Langerado, Rothbury, Summer Camp and All Good!! My Question is this.. My friend's family has a ton of land and big open fields next to Big Creek Lake in Mobile,AL which easily could fit like 3 big stages and probably easily be able to have 15,000- 20,000 people camping for 4 days!! I would like to call it 'Big Creek Fest' and the family has agreed to let it go down if it is possible to make it happn soo i'm kinda curious how to get thing started??? Thanks, Mark

You do realize this is going to cost you alot of money right?  You may make the money back but you will need to pay the start up costs.  I would first contact the town and see if they will allow you to do this.
