I have alot of questions 4 those who constantly bleach/dye their hair?!?

Question

1. I have dark hair, almost black. I only want the ENDS of my hair dyed, not my whole entire head & i want a dark maroon-plum color like this...

ok...i want that color, only a bit darker so it doesnt look so bright and it blends nicely with my hair.

How do i acheive that color? Please help me. I really want this color b4 school starts =]

either a bleaching kit, or be cheap and easy about it and get a highlighting kit and mess around wiht it. it might not even matter cause its hard to tell black from plumish color like that so it would look dark anyway so perhaps if you jsut dyed the parts and see what happens and go from there
