I have already unsubscribed to a yahoo group twice and keep getting their mail and post updates. What do I do?

Just send an e-mail ta the main company ta get them ta stop.

1. Try to unsubscribe through: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/groups/...

2. Send an e-mail to the group owner telling him/her to stop mailing you. ([e-mail])

3. Block the address(es) or arrange your preferences so that they are sent to your bulk/spam folder.

When you get another email, take the address to the moderator and send them an email and tell them.  Then click SPAM on all the rest that come in.
