I am a staff nurse working in india, i have got appoinment letter from both hospitals as a staff nurse, i dont know whether it is true or fake ,plese tell me something if anyone knows something regarding this.

I also got the same mail from esperanza hospital madrid spain for the post of microbiologist. but it's a true mail or a fake is still a question for me.i am also confuse what i've to do.up to my information it's a fake or can say a spam.

call the hospital and ask to talk to the hospital director
