Well, I've always had sleeping problems, and since its summer it really doesn't matter since theres no school. But school is coming soon, and Idk how I'm going to go to sleep the night before. Summer time, I've been going to sleep from 4:00-5:30am and woken up from 1:00-2:30pm and for school I would have to wake up around 5:30 to 6 am, and then come home around 3 pm

I'm thinking of taking sleeping pills, just for a couple days once school begins. Once I stop taking them would that take me back to my old schedule since it was the medicine that made me sleep, and not technically me?

I'm scared and worried, ugh.

  1. I understand completely. I've been going to sleep at 7 AM for about 2 weeks not. Seven AM!! The way I'm going to get back? Set two alarm clocks for some time like 9 or 10 AM. Place them across the room so you can't hit the snooze button. You will be a bit tired for the rest of the day, which is what you need. It will compel you to finish all your stuff and go to sleep early. You can then get a better night's sleep the next night and you can make up for the lost sleep from the night before.

Please don't take sleeping pills, just try a "natural" method first. Since you are actually sleeping, and not staying up for days at a time, you have the ability to get back to the way you are.
