bad tires or they need balanced

check and balance those tires. check the lugnuts, check the suspension(tie rods, ball joints, and control arm bushings).

and the shocks and struts..

with that low of mileage on it id say its the tires need re-balancing on it,thats not many miles to have on that car, it must really be in good shape,id have a shop check the balance of the tires,good luck.

Worn out shocks/struts, out of balance or out of round tires, bent wheel (rim).  That's just to name a FEW things of what it could be.
