I have an 06 chevy cobalt and my radio wont come on when i start the car?

when i turn on my car i have to slam my door for my radio to come on what can i do to fix it can someone help me with this.i looked in the back of my radio to see if one of the wires were lose but i dont see non that are.

you might have to change a fuse. or the wire might just be loose that is connecting to your speaker.
