I have an '85 Honda Rebel 250, it won't start....why ???

O.k...it has sat for 6 years...i put a new battery, new spark plugs..and it sounds like it wants to start...but nothing...what could it be ????

did you drain out the old gasoline and put fresh in your bike if not they that and check to see if you have spark

Remove the carburetors and thoroughly clean them - especially the pilot jets.

Gas goes bad after sitting and clogs the jets.
