well, a magnetic white board is always good. They sell them at Target and Walmart and most office supply stores. I'm sure they have some that come with pink frames too. You can also just tape up some pictures and posters of things you are interested in. You can also buy cute magnets to put up your pictures. And you can cut out some dancing/singing designs or magazine pictures and put those up in your locker too. They also sell notepads with magnetic stripes and you can put one of those in your locker too.

I always wrap mine in wrapping paper or tissue paper and decorate with photos and stickers magnets etc.

when I was in middleshool, I cut a peice of carboard the right size that would fit in my door. (that will differ between most schools) then I took gift wrap, cloth works, too, and basically covered the cardboard with the material, with made a cool backsplash. you can pick out whatever colors you want, thats your choice! then you can take pushpins (but not too long) and decorate with whatever you want! you can put stickers, softball decals, pictures, album covers, whatever you choose- get creative! magnets are always cool,and you can magnetize the material in there if you want to avoid cardboard and pushpins altogether... its good to have a magnetic mirror or a whiteboard so you can write down assignments. you can get a apen and pencil holder for the inside- you can find things like this at your local Office Depot or Office Max- Target/Walmart/the Dollar Store also provide cheaper options.
