I have an AIPTEK camera

I have an AIPTEK camera and every time I try to use it it freezes. Is it broken forever or is there a way I can fix it? I got it from target to be honest, which probably wasn't the best choice. The battery is fully charged by the way. It's model is DZO-V58N. Please help.
