  1. Any of them. http://www.asus.com/products.aspx?l1=3&l...  I didn't look deep into whether the PCI-Express X16 slot is the 1.1 version, or the 2.0 version, but it doesn't matter. PCI-E 2.0 is backward compatible. Your power supply maximum rated wattage, and the power cables that it has, will be your main concern, as far as compatibility of graphics card to the Asus P5B mobo.

    Your mobo uses the Intel P956 chipset.
