  1. You can't, you can only block people who text you.

It might be possible if you go to your at&t store, and ask about it.

  2. You can get Smart Limits. This add on service lets you block people from calling you and texting you. Call customer care to get the service.

Some phones have an option called a rejection list. It would be under call settings if you have this option. You would simply add the number to the rejection list and the call wouldn't go through. Actually the caller just goes straight to voice mail.

If you do not have the rejection list, then assign a silent ringtone to the person. That way the person calls, you won't hear them calling. You can just ignore the call.

You also change your number if you wish to go that far. You also tell the person that every call and text is now being forward to the police. That should hopefully scare them and then they would stop!

  3. you can set it up to where only people stored in your phone book can call and anybody not stored in your phone book will be blocked. ask rep at your store how to do that

  4. You can add smart limits which would allow you to block up to 15 numbers it costs $4.99 a month and you can manages it on line, you can even add it on line.  You may not even have to keep it very long just a month or two and maybe the person will give up.

  5. call 611 [from your cell] then say customer service and see if they can help you
