I have an Advent fan

Question

I have an Advent fan in my downstairs toilet and it has stopped working.It has a separate pull cord to the light.This is right next to the fan.I have taken the cover off and checked the wires are secure in both the fan and the pull switch.All seems ok.I am at the point of needing help, any ideas??
