I know that dogs can breed if they are a beagle and a german shepard, but I also know that other similar animals can't. I'm not even sure if I want to breed them yet, I'm just kind of curious.

Thanks

  1. The two birds are the same species of different varieties.  There could be some problems with "connecting" because of the difference in size of the two budgies!

  2. yes. you can breed them. but i wouldn't know about a budgie and a cockatiel. that would be interesting.

  3. yes u can breed them

  4. I think they are almost the exact same thing but I am not sure If you have a male blue/purple part above beak, and a female Brown part above beak then its possible I think but I could stand corrected.

  5. The best idea is to NOT breed them.  Too many birds are unwanted as it is.  Just let them be friends.  Be sure they have a cuttle bone in the cage at all times.

  6. Well my male English budgie really loves this American female parakeet and i bought a nesting box for them just in case they wanna have eggs, but yes they can breed because they're both parakeets. Make sure the female is really healthy. You should at least have a cuttle bone, mineral block, and a lot of vitamins if you want them to breed.
