double click on your name then click edit my profile then next to the word 'picture' click use my avatar then click save at the bottom of the page

You need to offer it a decent salary or it will do nothing but lay around eating doritos. I understand your dilema, my avatar was lazy too, until it got its first paycheck.

emma...I have as much trouble as you. I've been having to get help from others on here too. Look at Jack! He used to wear sunglasses! You can do ANYTHING on here!!! (I'm kidding..he took another picture without sunglasses.) If you don't have a picture..just choose a picture on there that looks like you think you look or like you want to look. Nobody will ever know the difference...unless you decide to put your real picture on here. Can't wait to see how you look!!

If it's a picture you might have to place it on a Yahoo 360 blog profile, then add it to your profile for YA as nendlin described
